1. Payment and real-name registration are required at the time of booking. Tickets are not sold individually. Booking is guaranteed if made at least 35 days in advance.

3. No refunds will be issued if entry is denied due to personal reasons (e.g., late arrival, no-show, issues with identification documents).
4. In the event of temporary attraction closures, strikes, policy changes, or force majeure, the official policies of the attraction(s) will apply. Arrangements may be made to visit an alternative attraction of equal value or to reschedule the visit; cash refunds are not guaranteed.
